Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations, substitution requests and refunds must be submitted in writing, faxed to 713-840-8585 or e-mailed to aorgan@hartenergy.com. Substitute conference registrations must be made in advance of the conference. No substitutions will be accepted on site of the event. Cancellations made prior to 30 days out from the event will incur a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event will receive no refund. ALL cancellations must be submitted in writing.
