Michael Krancer

Mike Krancer, secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Environment Protection (DEP) under Governor Tom Corbett, previously was chief judge and chairman of the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB), which tries appeals from actions of the DEP. Prior, Krancer was a litigation partner at the Dilworth and Blank Rome law firms in Philadelphia, a candidate for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and assistant general counsel for Exelon Corp. He serves on the board of trustees of Neumann University and is emeritus on the boards of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and the Riverbend Environmental Education Center, among others. He has pursued undergraduate and graduate-level coursework in theology and biblical studies and exegesis at Villanova University. Krancer is a member of the United States Naval Institute and the Navy League of the United States.
